Inclusion
We believe diversity and inclusion drive creativity and that collaboration among people with different experiences and backgrounds enhance our science. A central tenant of CSENND is to encourage different perspectives and approaches while continually working to promote an exciting, inclusive environment where students and faculty alike are empowered to bring their whole selves to their research. To foster this environment, resources from the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research are being used in student training.
Here are some materials related to professional development and creation of an inclusive environment created by CSENND that are available for your use.
